MOOV transactions only. A 200 response here only means the reconciliation request itself was accepted and that CicaPay will update the transaction status and resend a webhook notification reflecting that new status. The merchant must not treat this 200 as confirmation of the transaction outcome and must not process it on their side. The webhook notification carrying the updated status is the only signal the merchant should trust and act on.
